Welcome Call Scheduler

The Welcome Call Scheduler is a component designed to streamline the process of scheduling follow-up calls. This feature ensures that fundraisers can easily propose and select a suitable time for follow-up calls. By automating callback record creation, it improves efficiency and ensures a smooth donor experience.

You can configure the dates and times that are able to be selected, so that they are not too soon, too far away, nor outside the capabilities or working hours of your callers.

You must provide:

  • minimum hours from sign up (e.g. 24 will only show dates and times after 24 hours from now)
  • maximum hours from sign up (e.g. 48 will only show dates and times before 48 hours from now)
  • calling period (e.g. 8am to 6pm)
  • Increments (e.g. 30 minutes will display all 30 minute increments between the boundaries above)

The options will populate in a drop down to select from, and can be set to be optional or mandatory:

On pledge submission a call record will be created with the call back in the time zone of the donor, at the time requested. The call back will be set to Call Back Queue, meaning it will be prioritised for all available agents at the time of the call back:
