Pledge Anonymisation Overview¶

You can set pledges to automatically anonymise by navigating to the Campaigns section in Evergiving, hovering over the campaign name, and selecting General Settings. On this page, you will find an option called Anonymise Campaign's Personal Data Automatically. Tick the box to enable this feature, and then select the number of months from pledge creation after which anonymisation should occur.

Warning

There is no "undo" function. Once data is anonymised, it is permanently removed. Ensure the time schedule allows enough time for data to be exported to the charity before anonymisation.
