Achievements: Gamification in Fundraising¶
Achievements in Evergiving are a gamified feature designed to incentivize fundraisers by setting goals and challenges. They act as milestones, rewarding users with points upon completion, which not only boosts motivation but also introduces a competitive edge to fundraising campaigns. This feature is visible on the fundraiser’s dashboard:

Gamification plays a significant role in motivating fundraisers. It encourages performance and quality through the creation of custom triggers aligned with organizational goals. These triggers can result in badges and rewards, with the option for organizations to customize these badges to reflect their branding.
Leaderboards offer a visual representation of who has unlocked the most achievements, fostering a sense of competition and recognition among team members. This feature is key to motivating fundraisers by highlighting performance metrics over any chosen time frame.
Training Modules: Enhancing Fundraiser Skills¶
Training Modules are distributed to ensure fundraisers have continuous access to learning resources, contributing to their growth and development within the platform. These modules cover a range of topics, available in both free and paid formats, and are updated regularly to include new learning materials.
Integration with Achievements: Training modules can be linked to achievements to automate the delivery of training based on specific conditions. This feature allows for the automatic distribution of induction training to new fundraisers or targeted training when certain performance or quality thresholds are not met, making learning both fun and rewarding.

Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement¶
Linking achievements to training modules enables organizations to ensure that fundraisers are equipped with necessary information, which can then be easily shared with stakeholders. This integration not only supports fundraisers in achieving their goals but also allows for transparent communication with stakeholders regarding the training and achievements of the team.
