Payroll and Experience Management Overview¶
This page provides guidance on managing fundraisers and agents within Evergiving. Managing Fundraiser and Agent Experience Levels¶
Define experience levels for your fundraisers or agents (e.g., beginner, intermediate, advanced), or create your own custom levels. You can also adjust pay scales based on these levels and include non-fundraising hours in timesheets.
Assigning Experience Levels¶
Assign each fundraiser or agent to a specific experience level. Their assigned hourly or daily rate, as well as any commission rules, will automatically apply based on the level.
