Timesheets

Timesheets track the hours worked by team members and are accessible in the agent-timesheets page in the payroll section of Evergiving. Each day, a Fundraiser or Campaign Manager assigned to a team will have their hours automatically logged in the team logs section.

The system allows for filtering, manual exports, and detailed tracking of time spent across various activities, providing greater transparency and efficiency in workforce management.

Modifying Hours

  • Team Member Hours: Edit hours by modifying the team assignment or through Timesheets for past days.

  • Non-Fundraising Hours: Assign non-fundraising hours to subtract from working hours. Configure under Account -> Timesheet Settings.

Timesheet Exports

Specific exports for timesheets can be created, including those for Fundraisers and Agents. For more details, see [[Timesheet exports]].
