Donor Photo Feature

Enhance your face-to-face fundraising by capturing a memorable photo at the moment of sign-up. This feature allows your fundraisers to instantly take a photo after a donor completes a form. The photo—which could be of the donor, a signed form, or another memento—is automatically linked to the pledge.

This visual record provides multiple benefits:

• Verification: View photos in the app to verify sign-ups.
• Donor Recognition: Include the photo in welcome emails, allowing supporters to share and be recognized for their generosity.
• Data Export: Easily export photos for use in third-party reporting and marketing systems.

Note

To comply with PCI agreements, do not photograph credit cards. Photographing cards is a serious breach and may result in mandatory costs to remove the images.
