Add Verified Outbound Phone Number

Managing your pick up rate is essential for the performance of your fundraising campaign. Evergiving provides you a variety of strategies including campaign restricted numbers and CLI rotation for free, with no lock in contracts on rented phone numbers.

You can now add your own numbers! This means you can rotate numbers and manage their performance. You can even add your Charity’s existing and recognised outgoing phone number to call leads with the Call Center. Any returned calls will go straight to that number.

Setting up Verified Phone Number

Step 1.

Under the Accounts section head down to Phone Numbers and Add own phone number.

Step 2.

Enter your own number and a label to identify it and hit Submit. Evergiving will call the number.

Step 3.

Enter the code displayed in Evergiving on the phones’ keypad

Using Verified Number

You will now be able to call outbound calls using your verified caller ID.

From the Phone Numbers page you can rotate numbers, rename numbers and assign them to specific campaigns. Your Agents will see this phone number available to use as the outbound number according to the campaign you’ve assigned it to.
