Import a Do Not Call List¶
The process of importing a Do Not Call list is straightforward. Follow the steps below to ensure a successful import.
Prepare Your File for Import¶
- Your data file should be in either CSV format or Excel (XLS/XLSX).
- While the system accepts both CSV and Excel formats, we recommend using Excel files whenever possible. Excel files are easier to edit, reducing the chance of introducing errors that could cause the import to fail.
- Ensure that your file contains the required columns: Email, Phone Number, Country Code, Private Notes, and Wrap Notes.
- Double-check that every row contains at least one of the following: a phone number or an email address.
- If your data includes international phone numbers, make sure to include the appropriate Country Code.
Importing File¶
Navigate to the Leads Section. From the system's main interface, select Leads from the Import menu located on the left-hand side.
Drag and Drop the file or Click to browse into the designated area within the Leads import section.
Tip
It's helpful to give your file a clear and descriptive name, as this will appear within the system for future reference.
Review and Finalize the Import¶
Once you drop the file, review the import preview to identify any issues with the data. If everything looks correct, proceed with the import.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your Do Not Call lists are imported efficiently and accurately, helping to maintain compliance and improve call operations.
