This feature allows teams to fundraise for multiple campaigns on the same day by associating an additional Digital Campaign with their primary Team Campaign. The digital form can serve distinct purposes, such as:

  • Petition or lead generation campaigns
  • Fundraiser recruitment campaigns
  • Digital leave-behind campaigns

Steps for Fundraisers:

  1. Navigate to the Teams page.
  2. Locate the Team Campaign section.
  3. Select a Digital Campaign from the dropdown menu:
    • If no associated digital campaign exists, the dropdown will default to None.
    • If an associated digital campaign exists, the dropdown will default to Same as Team Campaign.
  4. Confirm your selection.

To select a Digital Campaign that is different to the Team Campaign, click the Digital Campaign dropdown and choose from the available Campaigns.

The dropdown will only populate campaigns with a digital campaign provisioned for it.

The fundraiser will see the QR Code and all other options for sharing the Digital Campaign with a donor, on their login under https://manage.evergiving.com/en-US/qrCodes/digitalForm/mine

Sharing Digital Campaigns with Donors

Once a digital campaign is selected, fundraisers can share the campaign with donors via:

  • QR Codes: Access the QR code for the digital campaign under the "Digital Form QR Code" tab.
  • Direct Links: Fundraisers can copy and send the digital form link via SMS or email.

Donor Experience:

Donors will receive a follow-up email or SMS containing:

  • A personalized message

  • A link to the digital campaign form

Statistics and Call Center Flows

Team Campaign Statistics:

By default, statistics for the team will be attributed to the Team Campaign.

Filtering Digital Campaign Submissions:

Use the Record Source filter to differentiate between submissions:

  • On dashboards, pledge overviews, or exports
  • In Call Lists for Call Center flows
