Call Center

The Call Center section helps manage and track call center activities, with the following pages:

  • Call Lists: Organize and manage the lists of donors or leads that agents need to contact.
  • Teams: Manage call center teams, assigning agents and setting up team-specific configurations.
  • Offices: Manage the office locations that the call center operates out of, ensuring proper geographic coverage.
  • Agents: Track and manage the agents working in the call center, monitoring their performance and assignments.
  • Inbound Calls: Manage inbound call operations, including tracking and recording incoming calls for customer support and fundraising efforts.
