Campaign Type

In Evergiving, there is two types of campaign:

  • Pledges Capture: this is the classic form to collect personal and contact details along with payment information.
  • Leads Generation: Leads Generation campaigns are similar to Pledges Capture campaign, except that we won't collect any payment information (only personal and contact details).

Office Restriction

You can restrict Campaigns so that only certain Offices are able to assign teams to work on that Campaign.
When you enable Office restrictions and choose an Office, then Manager users restricted to that Office as well as their Campaign Managers will be the only ones who can see that Campaign in the Campaign dropdown in the Teams page. You can choose more than one Office.

Campaign Manager Restriction

You can even further restrict Campaigns so that only certain Campaign Managers under those Offices can assign teams to it. When you enable Campaign Manager restrictions and choose a Campaign Manager, then only that Campaign Manager will see that Campaign in the Campaign dropdown in the Teams page. Again, you can choose more than one Campaign Managers.

Anonymise Campaign's Personal Data Automatically

The personal data recorded in pledges older than the selected time range will automatically be anonymised. Warning: this action can't be undone. Make sure to select a time range long enough to export all your data correctly into your CRM system before they will be anonymised.
The anonymisation feature only works for active campaigns.

The following information will be anonymised:

  • Replace supporter firstname with empty string
  • Replace supporter lastname with empty string
  • Replace supporter BSB with 000000
  • Replace supporter bank account number with 00000000
  • Replace supporter bank details with empty string
  • Replace supporter BIC details with empty string
  • Replace supporter IBAN/SWIFT details with empty string
  • Replace supporter credit card number with 0000000000000000
  • Replace supporter cardholder name with empty string
  • Replace day and month of the date of birth of the supporter with January 1st
  • Replace supporter phone number with 0000000000
  • Replace supporter mobile phone number with 0000000000
  • Replace supporter email with mail@mail.com
  • Replace supporter address first line with empty string
  • Obscure the last 2 characters from the postcode of the supporters address
  • Replace credit card token with zeros

  • Remove the donor's signature

  • Replace secondary person's firstname with empty string

  • Replace secondary person's lastname with empty string
  • Replace day and month of the date of birth of the supporter with January 1st
  • Replace secondary person's address first line with empty string

  • Obscure the last 2 characters from the postcode of the secondary person's address

  • Replace tertiary person's firstname with empty string

  • Replace tertiary person's lastname with empty string
  • Replace day and month of the date of birth of the supporter with January 1st
  • Replace tertiary person's address first line with empty string
  • Obscure the last 2 characters from the postcode of the tertiary person's address
