Change Date Range

When you press the Change Date Range button (represented by the calendar icon) , you are presented with an interactive calendar that allows you to set a custom date range for the data displayed on your current dashboard.

Range Selection:

  • Date Selection: You can navigate through past, current, and future months using the left and right arrow buttons. Specific dates within the selected range can be clicked to highlight them.
  • Preset Ranges: You will also find options to select a Date Range, such as the Current Week, which can be adjusted according to preset periods (e.g., Yesterday, All Time, Previous Year).
  • Granularity: Below the date range options, there is a Granularity setting, which determines the level of detail shown in the data (e.g., by day, week, month, years). You can set this to auto, or manually select your preferred level of granularity.

Once the desired date range and granularity are selected, the dashboard will update to reflect data relevant to that period, allowing you to filter and analyze information according to specific time frames.

Conditional Logic Builder

The Conditional Logic Builder allows you to filter the data displayed on your dashboard based on specific conditions.

  • Logical Operator Dropdown: Choose between:
    • "All of these conditions must be satisfied" (AND logic) – All selected conditions must be true for data to be included.
    • "Any of these conditions must be satisfied" (OR logic) – Only one of the selected conditions needs to be true for data to be included.
  • Add Logic / Condition: Use this to add specific conditions, such as "Call attempts" or "Campaign." The dashboard will update to show only data that meets the criteria of the added conditions.

This feature allows you to focus your dashboard on relevant data by applying custom filters based on your selected conditions.

Save Filters for Current Dashboard

This button allows you to save the current filter (encompassing the Date Range and Conditional Logic Builder) set for the currently selected dashboard. Allowing for naming and colour changing the created filter button. Clicking the Trashcan deletes it.
