Retention

The Retention section focuses on tracking and managing donor retention efforts. Specifically, this section includes:

• EARN - Payment Success: The Evergiving Attrition and Retention Number (EARN) is an algorithm designed to measure and improve the success of recurring payments. This helps monitor the health of their recurring donor base and predict the likelihood of retaining donors over time.
• Payments Import: This feature allows you to import payment data, for analysis and tracking. Which feeds into the EARN algorithm and other retention strategies.
