This gateway is configured differently to the others. Please contact support@evergiving.com first to discuss the setup and how it will work with your campaign.

Once setup you are ready to connect Evergiving to Blackbaud for instant payments and/or tokenisation.

  • Step 1-4 - Already completed
  • Step 5 – Authorize your SKY application
  • Give permission to the Evergiving "app" by searching for the App ID 9a3a9bc5-4086-4635-86ff-94f91886156e
  • Please make sure you authorise the Evergiving user with the Payments API Role.
  • Step 6 – Create a Payments API user account
  • Add the email address support@evergiving.com in the email field and click the button to send the invitation.
  • We will then finalise the process and be in touch about next steps.
