Inbound Fundraiser Numbers

Dedicate a phone number for all your face-to-face (F2F) fundraisers to call in on. This feature seamlessly connects your fundraisers in the field with your verification call agents.

When a fundraiser calls the dedicated number, the system automatically identifies them and loads the last donor they signed up onto the screen of the next available agent. The agent can then immediately speak to the donor or schedule a callback for a more convenient time from a recognized number.

How It Works

  1. Fundraiser Completes a Pledge: After signing up a donor, the fundraiser sees the dedicated inbound number on the Thanks screen.
  2. Fundraiser Dials In: They call the number directly from the field.
  3. System Identifies the Caller: The system identifies the fundraiser using one of two methods:

    • The phone number registered against their user profile.
    • A unique code displayed on their Thanks screen.
  4. Agent Receives the Call: The call is routed to an available agent in your call center.

  5. Donor Record is Loaded: The last donor record signed up by that fundraiser automatically loads on the agent's screen, ready for the verification call.
