Lead Management

The Lead Management page allows you to view and manage all your lead sources - whether they be a file of leads imported into Evergiving or leads sent via API. The default view is all Active lead sources but you can edit the Status filter to Inactive to view inactive sources.

For each lead source, you will see:

Name: lead import filename, or for leads sent via API, the lead_import_label.
Active: whether the import is active or inactive.
Office: if the leads have been restricted to an office.
Total Count: total number of leads in the file or under that lead_import_label.
Zero call attempts: total number of leads with zero call attempts.
Removed: total number of leads in the CAll Status "remove".
Complete: total number of leads in the CAll Status "complete".
Pending: total number of leads in the CAll Status "pending".

Manage your lead imports:

If you scroll the page to the right, you will see options after each lead import to edit or delete. At any time you can edit a lead import and opt to make it inactive, which removes all leads under that import source from the pool of leads accessed by the call lists and dialler. You can delete a lead import only if all leads in that import have no calls made against them. If a lead in that import source has been called, you can just make the import file inactive and all leads will no longer be available to the call lists or dialler.
