If you’ve discovered a security vulnerability or suspect an incident, we encourage you to report it to us as soon as possible. Your assistance helps us protect the integrity of our services and the safety of your data.

How to Report a Security Incident or Vulnerability

To make the process as easy as possible, please follow these steps:

1. Email us for a secure channel
   DO NOT share details of the incident or vulnerability via email. Email us at security@evergiving.com and we will reply with a secure channel to retrieve and discuss the detailed information.

2. Gather Detailed Information
   Please include as much information as possible about the incident or vulnerability, such as:

   • A brief description of the issue
   • Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable)
   • Any relevant logs or screenshots
   • Affected systems or features

3. Confidentiality
   All reports will be kept confidential and reviewed promptly. We will follow up with you as soon as possible to confirm the details and actions taken.
